This privacy statement explains how Iniscale processes personal data on this website (Iniscale QR). We keep it short and concrete: we only collect what we need to handle your question or demo request.

2. What data we collect and why
Contact form / demo request: name and email address (required) and optionally business name, phone number, type of business and your message. Purpose: to get in touch and prepare a demo or quote.
Email: if you email us, we process the data you send us yourself.
The interactive demo on this page runs entirely in your browser. Orders, tables and payments are simulated and are never sent to a server or stored.
Technical logging: our hosting provider may temporarily log technical data (such as IP address and browser type) for security and availability.
3. Legal basis
Contact and demo requests: legitimate interest and/or steps prior to entering into a contract (art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
If we ever want to send you commercial email, we will ask for your separate consent (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
4. Retention
Requests that do not lead to a collaboration are kept for a maximum of 12 months.
Data linked to a contract is kept for as long as needed to deliver the service and, where legally required (such as accounting records), up to 7 years.
You can always ask us to delete your data sooner.
5. Sharing and sub-processors
We do not sell your data. We only share it with suppliers needed to run this website and our email, such as our hosting and email provider. Where required we have a data processing agreement in place with these parties.
The current list of sub-processors is available on request via sales@iniscale.com.
6. Cookies and tracking
This website uses no tracking cookies, no advertising cookies and no analytics that follow you across websites.
We only use functional browser storage (localStorage) to remember your language choice. This does not require consent because it is strictly necessary for the site to work and is not shared with third parties.
If we add analytics or other non-essential cookies later, we will ask for your consent up front through a cookie banner.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection to processing and data portability. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Send your request to sales@iniscale.com. We respond within 30 days.
Not satisfied? You can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl) or your local supervisory authority.
8. Security
The website is served over HTTPS and access to incoming requests is limited to staff who need it for their work.
9. Changes
We may update this statement. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
